Positions Available

The Green Bay Kickers have the following positions available:
  • Registrar (POSITION OPEN):  Most of our registration is done online.  You will need to enter new registrations into online registration system at walk-in registration dates.  Other duties include setting teams when registration complete, meet with coaches' coordinator to assign coaches to teams, print rosters for all teams.  commitment is mainly January - May.  
  • Coaches' Coordinator (POSITION OPEN):  Recruit coaches for teams.  Assign coaches that volunteer during registration and contact teams without coaches to find parents willing to help.  Coordinate preseason coaches' training.  Assist in handing out equipment, rosters schedules.  Be a contact during the season for any questions/problems that arise.  Work with the Discipline Officer to handle any complaints/problems.  Help collect equipment.  Work with Banquet Coordinator to plan the Coaches' Banquet.
  • Scheduler:  Once the number of teams is set, create schedules using online scheduling program for U5, U6, U8 and U10 teams.  Forward schedules to coaches' coordinator to distribute to coaches.  Commitment is late April/early May.  This can be done at your home, on your own schedule (just has to be done before the deadline) and no meeting attendance is necessary.
  • Social media/marketing (POSITION FILLED):  Manage the online presence of the Green Bay Kickers.  This would include social media and email communications such as registration reminders.  Commitment is year-round with attendance at monthly board meetings.
  • Bay-Lakes representative:  Bay-Lakes is the group overseeing the ages 12+ teams.  We need someone who can attend the monthly meeting and report back to the Kickers board.  Commitment is the two board meetings:  the Kickers on the 2nd Monday of the month and Bay-Lakes on the 3rd Wednesday of the month.  Meetings usually last an hour to an hour and a half.
  • Coaches' Banquet Coordinator (POSITION FILLED):  Set the date of the banquet, research locations/prices, work with Coaches' Coordinator to send out invites, coordinate the night of the event, making sure everything is set up.  Commitment is 1-2 Kickers board meetings to discuss planning and the time it takes to set up/coordinate the event.
  • Board Members:  We are always in need of people who are willing to attend monthly meetings to give input.  We meet the 2nd Monday of each month.  Commitment is a monthly meeting of approximately 1.5 hours.  No additional commitment is required unless you would like to take on more responsibility.
